Different people communicate in different ways. Telling your story in the right way is essential if you want a positive outcome.
In my research studying thousands of executive conversations, keynotes, presentations and pitches, I'm noticing patterns between different c-suite executives and how they communicate and respond to different messages.
Presenting to a CEO requires a different tone/perspective than presenting to a CIO or CFO.
You might have ONE story to tell - but you might need at least SIX different ways to say it, depending upon who you are speaking to.
This is very much a work in progress but I thought I'd share the concept as it continues to take shape...
